Susana Moreira Marques é autora de quatro livros de não-ficção literária, mais recentemente, Terceiro andar sem elevador: notas de Lisboa, e de um livro para a infância. O seu trabalho tem sido publicado em revistas internacionais como Granta ou Literary Hub, e em meios como Público, Jornal de Negócios, Mensagem de Lisboa, Antena 1 e BBC World Service. Recebeu bolsas e fellowships da Fundação Jan Michalski (Suíça), Art Omi (EUA), Danish Centre for Writers and Translators (Dinamarca), Fundação Gabriel García Márquez (Colômbia), entre outras instituições. É uma das editoras da revista de não-ficção literária, Mamute. Escreve também para cinema. Vive em Lisboa com as duas filhas.

Susana Moreira Marques is the author of four works of creative nonfiction, most recently Third Floor Walk Up: Notes from Lisbon, and a children’s book. Her essays have appeared in international journals like Granta and Literary Hub, and on news platforms like Público, Jornal de Negócios, Mensagem de Liboa, Antena 1, and BBC World Service. Her writing has been supported by grants and fellowships from the Fondation Jan Michalski (Switzerland), Art Omi (USA), the Danish Centre for Writers and Translators (Denmark), and Fundación Gabriel García Márquez (Colombia), among others. One of the editors of the literary magazine Mamute, she also writes for cinema. She lives in Lisbon with her two daughters.
